I'm Charles Kayitaba, most people know me as CK The Broker. I help Canadians turn a mortgage into a strategy, whether they're buying their first home or their fourth.
Bilingual · EN / FR
Time and again I'd meet families who were doing everything right, good careers, a home, real equity, but who couldn't find a broker who spoke their language. Not French versus English (though that mattered too), but the language of strategy.
They weren't big enough to be treated as "commercial," yet they'd clearly outgrown the one-size-fits-all mortgage. They had the income and the equity to make a bigger move, they just needed someone to show them how, and to give them the nudge over the edge.
That gap became my focus. Today, under the Mortgage Architects banner, I build mortgage strategies for that "missing middle", plus first-time buyers with the same ambition to grow. Every plan is designed to do more than close a deal; it's designed to set up your next one.
A mortgage is just a tool. The value is in the plan you build around it, and in knowing what your money should do next.Charles KayitabaCK The Broker · Mortgage Architects
Before we talk products or rates, we talk goals. The plan drives the mortgage, never the other way around.
Fully bilingual, jargon-free, and patient. You'll always understand exactly what we're doing and why.
Most of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, because I'm building relationships, not transactions.
Some brokerages focus almost entirely on commercial deals and large investors. Others handle a bit of everything for the everyday mortgage. I sit deliberately in between, serving families who make good money, hold real equity, and want to grow, but who don't fit neatly into either box.
A little of everything.
